Sheila grew up in Wisconsin, and though she proudly calls herself a “cheesehead”, she always dreamed of living in Southern California. She feels very fortunate to have achieved her dream, and she’s called Orange County, CA her home for the last twenty years. Her expertise lies in helping people, as she is also a licensed psychotherapist in private practice.

This experience has been invaluable to her in understanding how to offer support to people while helping them find a solution to their real estate problems. She became interested in real estate several years ago when she and her husband began buying and renovating rental properties. It was the recent real estate crisis; however, that led her to pursue further real estate education. Sheila witnessed first-hand the impact that the financial crisis had on her clients, many of whom had to file bankruptcy or lost their homes to foreclosure. She is now extremely knowledgeable about all of the options that are available to people, and she is dedicated to finding a solution.
